Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Lean Local Leads LLC.

Services

Lean Local Leads provides digital marketing services for local businesses, including but not limited to website development, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads management, Google Business Profile optimization, and related marketing services.

Pricing & Website Buildout

Website builds are a one-time fee. All builds include the first year of hosting, domain setup, and full ownership from day one.

• Standard ($449): Up to 5 pages. Custom design, mobile-first, SEO-ready structure.
• Professional ($699): Up to 10 pages. Includes blog or news section, Google Business Profile setup, Google Analytics & Search Console, and 2 rounds of revisions.
• Custom ($1,299+): E-commerce, booking systems, client portals, or third-party integrations. Scoped and quoted per project.

Optional monthly services are available after buildout. All monthly plans are month-to-month with no contracts.

• Maintain ($49/mo): Managed hosting, uptime and security monitoring, software updates, and minor content edits.
• Grow ($299/mo): Everything in Maintain plus on-page SEO, Google Business Profile management, citation building, and monthly performance reports.
• Accelerate ($549/mo): Everything in Grow plus managed Google Ads campaigns, landing page optimization, call tracking, and bi-weekly reporting.

Monthly services may be cancelled anytime with 30 days written notice. Google Ads spend is always separate and paid directly to Google.

Ownership

You own what we build. From day one, you own:

• Website code and design files
• Domain name (registered in your name)
• Content created for your business
• Access to all accounts (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads)

If you cancel services, we’ll provide all files and transfer any accounts within 14 days of your final payment.

You can take over hosting and management at any time with no migration fees. We provide full credentials, a transition walkthrough, and 30 days of email support during the handoff.

Payment Terms

• Monthly service fees are billed at the beginning of each month
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days
• We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers

Referral Program

$150 credit toward any service for each referred business that signs up. No limit on referrals. Referred customers must complete at least one paid service for the credit to apply.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts and information
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintain accurate billing and contact information

Scope Exclusions

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, our services do not include:

• Logo design or brand identity creation
• Photography or video production
• Social media management
• Custom software development beyond what is scoped

Results & Guarantees

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and search engine algorithm changes. While we use industry best practices and work diligently on your behalf, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or lead volumes. Past results referenced on our website are specific to those clients and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Local Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lean Local Leads from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, engage in illegal activity, or fail to pay invoices after reasonable notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucas County, Ohio, or the federal courts of the Northern District of Ohio.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
